I am trying to watch my portion control. I have 70 more pounds to lose. I have lost 25 pounds just watching my portions, drinking lots of water and incorporating yogurt into my diet. I feel so much better since doing this and my skin looks better. I would love to recieve this gift card to buy healthy foods for my new heathier lifestyle.

Cuz I know if I lose 25 pounds my back will get better and I can start going without the prescriptions pain killers! I've lost 5 so only 20 to go

I would like to have a healthy pregnancy. I am currently 6 months pregnant and I am really concerned about supporting a healty diet. I know that I will get alot of the fiber I need for my baby and for my future wieght loss (losing the baby fat).

I would like to be at a healthy weight so I don't have to to take high blood pressure medicine also so I don't feel soo tired when exerting myself.

First, I like yoghurt, especially the frozen one. Secondly, I was also advised to take in more fibers (eat oats, cereals, etc). So I guess this applies to me.

I eat smaller meals throughout the day as that keeps your metabolism going and gives you energy so you won't splurge

I work in a Hospital Dietary Dept, I know all about portion control, if only I would do it. Being around food all day is not helpful at all

I eat 6 small meals a day, drink vinegar water and walk 2 miles 4-5 times a week.

Since October 2009 I have been on my own journey. I have cut out all the soda, chips, sweets, etc… To this date I have lost 65lbs and only have 28 more to go to get to my goal weight.
Portion control has saved me. From the 100 calorie snack packs of my favorite food, to the weight scale I purchased which was a great investment. I shop for my family every two weeks and we always go to Safeway! We love to pick out healthy foods together and now cook healthy as a family!

I have been on my own journey for the past year with weight loss. I have lost a total of 65lbs and only have 28 more to go to my goal weight! Through portion control and exercise I have managed to get my weight under control and get my life back. Every two weeks my family and I shop at safeway and have made healthy purchases instead of cheap processed junk. Cooking and enjoying healthy meals together not only has brought us closer as a family but has made us healthier in the process as well.

I have cut my portions by a third, cut out sodas and sweets, starting walking and exercising more to get in shape for the Undy 5000 5K in Novemeber. trinitygsd at yahoo dot com
