I am having trouble with the free shipping. I picked something that ships free, but at the checkout it asks me to pick a shipping method and it shows prices. It doesn’t seem to matter which method I pick, the shipping cost is there at checkout.

They were super helpful. They had me place the order then refunded the shipping. It took a little time, but worth it.
The way I’m getting the $10 off coupon is when you refer a friend to Vitacost and they make a purchase then you get get $10 off coupon.
There is NO free shipping on these orders currently offered. So the best you can do is about $4.99 for shipping.
