I just read your post on Money Saving Mom about cooking when you have dietary restrictions. It is difficult and sometimes frustrating and can be quite time consuming. It’s hard when I watch my family eat things I used to enjoy but I know will make me feel sick if I eat them. I’m also struggling to figure out what foods trigger my symptoms so I can eliminate them from my diet. Sometimes I feel like I can’t eat anything and eating out is a thing of the past. My family sometimes blames stress (which is a factor) or thinks maybe I’m just being dramatic.

I know this struggle is a learning experience and since I am trying to maintain a weight loss it is actually helpful. I think your ideas will help me to feel encouraged as I am learning how to live with my dietary restrictions and at the same time learning to lower my food costs so we can live within our means. Thanks for your blog, I appreciate you.
